Purpose of the site:

This site provides parents/caregivers with a range of digital activities to do with their children. For each activity suggestions are provided about how to use the activity, questions to ask children and further activities for families to do together.

New Zealand context:

This site is suitable for families to work on at home. It provides digital activities that can be completed independently by children, while also providing ways for parents to be involved. Activities could also be completed by individual or pairs of children working on a computer in the classroom context.

New and Different:

This site aims to help parents/caregivers to be involved in their child’s maths learning. It provides brief descriptions of the maths involved in each activity and how to use the activity with suggested questions and further activities.
