Angles

'Angles' provides students with two contexts for the measurement of angles. The 'Measure' option asks the student to identify how many of a smaller red angle are required to make a larger blue angle. The 'Draw' option asks the student to make an angle that is a given number of times the size of a red angle provided. In both instances the size of the smaller angle is related to the size of a complete turn, to aid students in building up benchmark angles for estimating. |
